Question: Can you please define Tour, Soirée, Passport, and Turquoise & Platinum Memberships?

Answer: Of course!

• Tour: An individual virtual lecture, hosted by Dana and one of our guides on Zoom. Purchase of one tour for $35 includes an invitation to the live lecture and access to view the recording until March 31, 2021.

• Soirée: A series of tours (virtual lectures) that all address a particular theme, planned by a single guide in their area of expertise.

• Passport: A ‘pass’ to attend a series of lectures in one soirée. Purchase of a Passport includes automatic invitations to all of the lectures in the given soirée (no need to sign up and purchase each one, access to the recordings until March 31, 2021, and a slight discount on each tour for purchasing a package.

• Turquoise Membership: This membership package includes all of the features of all 6 Passport packages, plus 2 guest passes to give to friends, and access to the entire library of Virtual Soirée recordings through March 31, 2021!

• Platinum Membership: This membership package includes all of the benefits of the Turquoise membership, plus 1 free Passport to your Soiree of choice to gift to a friend, 3 books signed by Ross King, donations made in your name to 3 mini-museums to support them in these hard times , 3 shipments of culinary delights to compliment our Soirées.

Question: If I want to attend one virtual tour (talk) only, what should I do?  

Answer:  One tour is complimentary, just select the individual tour  from our home page, sign up, and type WINTERESCAPE into the coupon area.  You will receive an email with your confirmation and zoom link.

Question:  If I purchase an individual talk but realize I cannot make it, can I get my money back? 

Answer:  If you cancel at least 2 hours in advance, we will offer you a refund, less a $5.00 administration fee.  Send us an email at Concierge@ConleyandSilvers.com and we will take care of you!  If you cancel, you will not receive a link to the zoom recording.  We can also transfer your payment to another Winter Tour free of charge.

Question:  I’m often busy at 5pm Eastern, so sometimes I miss the live talks.  I do like getting the recordings and I watch them when I have time.  What should I purchase?  

Answer:  By signing up for a Turquoise or Platinum Membership, you will have access to our Virtual Library (which includes all of our content to date) through March 31, 2021.  We will send you all of the recording links after each talk and you can watch them on your own time.  You can also purchase a Passport to a specific set of talks, and you will have access to those specific recordings.  

Question:  My spouse and I watch from separate computers, do we have to buy two Memberships?

Answer:  No.  We will provide you both with your own links.  Memberships are per household. Just provide us with the two emails that should receive the links. (In purchase form, add a place to add a second email for other person in the household)

Question:  What is the difference between a Turquoise or Platinum Membership?

Answer:  Take a look at our Membership page by clicking here.  In short, the Platinum Membership has all of the attributes of a Turquoise Membership, but addition, it gives you 1 free Passport to your Soiree of choice to gift to a friend, 3 books signed by Ross King: Brunelleschi’s Dome, Leonardo and the Last Supper, and Michelangelo and the Pope’s Ceiling, donations made in your name to 3 mini-museums to support them in these hard times , 3 shipments of culinary delights to compliment our Soirées.

Question:  If I purchase a Passport for a Soiree but miss one of the live tours, can I get my money back? 

Answer:  You will receive a link to the the recording of the tour after it is over, so you can watch it on your own time.  We will not be issuing refunds for missed live events. Your generous purchase of a Passport goes towards funding our guides for their research, preparation and presentations.
