Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Can you please define Tour, Soirée, and Memberships?
Answer: Of course!
Tour: An individual virtual lecture, hosted by Dana and one of our guides on Zoom. Purchase of one tour for $35 includes an invitation to the live lecture and access to view the recording until the next virtual soirée season.
Soirée: A series of tours (virtual lectures) that all address a particular theme, planned by a single guide in their area of expertise.
Platinum Membership: This membership package includes all of the features of all Passport packages, plus 2 guest passes to give to friends, and access to the entire library of Virtual Soirée recordings through the next virtual soirée season!
Question: If I want to attend one virtual tour (talk) only, what should I do?
Answer: One tour is complimentary, just select the individual tour from our home page, sign up, and type GETAWAY2022 into the coupon area. You will receive an email with your confirmation and zoom link.
Question: If I purchase an individual talk but realize I cannot make it, can I get my money back?
Answer: If you cancel at least 2 hours in advance, we will offer you a refund, less a $5.00 administration fee. Send us an email at Concierge@ConleyandSilvers.com and we will take care of you! If you cancel, you will not receive a link to the Zoom recording. We can also transfer your payment to another tour free of charge.
Question: I’m often busy at 5pm Eastern, so sometimes I miss the live talks. I do like getting the recordings and I watch them when I have time. What should I purchase?
Answer: By signing up for a Platinum Membership, you will have access to our Virtual Library (which includes all of our content to date) through the next virtual soirée season. We will send you all of the recording links after each talk and you can watch them on your own time.
Question: My spouse and I watch from separate computers, do we have to buy two Memberships?
Answer: No. We will provide you both with your own links. Memberships are per household. Just provide us with the two emails that should receive the links. (In purchase form, add a place to add a second email for other person in the household)
Question: If I purchase a Membership but miss one of the live tours, can I get my money back?
Answer: You will receive a link to the the recording of the tour after it is over, so you can watch it on your own time. We will not be issuing refunds for missed live events. Your generous purchase goes towards funding our guides for their research, preparation and presentations.
